Need :
A company with the mission to organise the entry competition logistics
of 6 business management schools. Organisation of a bid for the conception,
development, deployment and the maintenance of a new system of competition
management.
Mission :
AXESSIO proposed to assist in the overall project activities and implementation:
co-piloting throughout duration of project, consulting for change management
vis-à-vis system users, integration of new quality-management
system functionalities, as follow up to a prior quality-management consulting
mission carried out by AXESSIO in 2003.
Added value :
Thanks to having carried out this prior mission, AXESSIO had the advantage
of a very clear understanding of the company's challenge. The client
benefited from having two experienced complementary teams working in
tandem, one team of experts dedicated to quality and the other to e-business.
