CLIENT : A service company
> Mission Qualité

Need :
A company with the mission to organise the entry competition logistics of 6 business management schools. Organisation of a bid for the conception, development, deployment and the maintenance of a new system of competition management.

Mission :
AXESSIO proposed to assist in the overall project activities and implementation: co-piloting throughout duration of project, consulting for change management vis-à-vis system users, integration of new quality-management system functionalities, as follow up to a prior quality-management consulting mission carried out by AXESSIO in 2003.

Added value :
Thanks to having carried out this prior mission, AXESSIO had the advantage of a very clear understanding of the company's challenge. The client benefited from having two experienced complementary teams working in tandem, one team of experts dedicated to quality and the other to e-business. AXESSIO helped to make the choice of implementation and in parallel carried out a consulting mission to renew the ensemble of the company's computer equipment.

Need :
During the process of designing a new information system, the company wished to be assisted, from a methodological and organisational standpoint in the putting in place of a exploitation environment. Added to the initial need were not only the transversal needs of the project, notably in terms of consulting in change management, and project team management but also sectorial, functional and operational needs of the IS management.

3 part mission :

Construction of an exploitation environment for the new information system inside the technology and database     production unit.
Overall project planning of the new information system for the general and project management teams.
Technical implementation planning and coordination assistance for information systems managers with the goal of improving collaboration between development and production units.

CLIENT : A large distribution company
> IS Logistics mission :

Need :
The customer service division of the company consisted of 50 centres managing service contracts and stock coordination of hi-fi and electrical applaince parts. The company launched a programme of computerization of the management of parts using SPARE software. The system, including the ergonomics, was well received and store managers openly accepted the tool. Nevertheless the induced change in daily operations and approvals of submitted analysis’ made possible by computer necessitated follow-up : in particular in the large SAV centres in the Paris vicinity, where the number of market managers are heavier in number and the work rhythm limits availability more than for operators.

Mission :
The object of the mission was to assure the correct utilisation of the tool and to assist the roll-out of the actual deployment while making sure to maintain timelines, assure a good follow up after the implementation, work with the analysis provided by the software, improve organisation and performance of management of parts stock.

Added value :
AXESSIO assembled a team for a two week mission during the middle of August 2004. The consultants integrated swiftly into the company’s teams and proposed solutions that responded to the client’s priorities and budget restraints. AXESSIO knew how to fit right into the company’s mode of operation and generate advancements without causing ripples, thanks to grounded initiatives.
